I would like to share our remarkable story with you. When we already had two children of our own, my husband Peter and I made the decision to adopt little sisters from Tibet. It was a huge challenge for us, but also a beautiful adventure. A few years later, I decided to give up my career in multinational corporations and a stable full-time job to devote myself entirely to helping others.

On the plan for the reconstruction of Ukraine - Report from the SheXO Club meeting in Warsaw
Contrary to appearances, it is not too early to talk about rebuilding Ukraine. Once the war is over, the country and society should be ready to start the not easy process of reconstruction right away. Precisely for this reason, it needs to be planned now. During the SheXO Club meeting, we discussed this with the help of a plan for rebuilding Ukraine prepared by Ukrainian students at the Warsaw School of Economics with the participation of Deloitte in Poland.

"We should hug them, give them shelter and accept them. These people come to us under enormous stress. They come to us as if they were their Polish friends," says Katarzyna Skopiec - co-founder of the Sława and Iza Wołosiański HUMANOSH Foundation, which helps political refugees from Belarus, Afghanistan, Nepal, Tibet and Chechnya, among others - about the repressed Belarusians fleeing the country and who are being helped to find a home in Poland.
